Winemaking Information

A 50/50 combination of direct press and saignée juice, fermented in tank with a pied de cuve made of  native yeasts and aged in 20 hectoliter oak botti for at least a year before release. A small amount of S02 is added roughly six months after fermentations and at bottling.
SO2: During winemaking  
Fining/Filtration: Light filtration at bottling (non sterile)

Fun Facts: This is a serious, age worthy rosé that should be enjoyed year round. Kretzer is the traditional Tyrolean name for this style, from the German wordkretze (a woven basket used to separate skins from juice in a bygone era).
