Destemmed, very ripe Canonnau vinified in 15hl barrels blended with Cagnulari with higher acidity and more phenolics. Assembled for one month in stainless steel before bottling.
SO2: No sulfur added to the wine

Fun Facts: Called STORM because of the frequency and intensity of 2020's weather. This is the only wine made from estate grapes that year.
