Winemaking Information

All the Panevino wines are fermented in open-top wood vats then racked to old barrels where they age for 12 months.
SO2: No sulfur added to the wine
Fining/Filtration: Unfined/Unfiltered

Fun Facts: This is one of those cuvées we know absolutetly nothing about other than the grape. It's delicious!
