La Bella Blanco

100% Pansa Blanca a 76-year-old north-facing vineyard planted on granitic sands directly across from the vineyard for La Bèstia. Destemmed and fermented in mainly stainless steel (some used oak barrels) with the skins for 14 days, then pressed to finish and rest in stainless steel tank.
