Ombretta Agricola is a side project from the Costadilà team. A colfondo is produced with macerated Verduzzo Trevigiano and a still red wine is produced from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, both sourced from rented vineyards. The wines are not fined, filtered and see no added S02.

An Ombretta translates to "little shadow" and is a Venetian term for a quick, refreshing drink. This is a tiny project and the wine is very limited.
