Four week maceration in concrete, four years in botti, one year in bottle before release. The exact blend is 70% Nebbiolo, 20% Croatina, 7% Vespolina and 3% Uva Rara.

Fun Facts: Released for for the first time in 2015, this riserva comes 40+ year old vines in their Martinazzi vineyard. 655 bottles of the 2015 were produced in total and it was bottled in 2019 . The next slated riserva is the 2019 vintage.
