Winemaking Information
The wine consists of 95% Viognier, 5% Muscat Petits Grains. A long, two-month maceration takes place in fiberglass: the grapes are destemmed and see no remontages, resulting in a lot of structure but little color.
SO2: No sulfur added to the wine

Fun Facts: The grapes are grown on the hills of the Faugères on soils of red clay and rocky schist. They are are trucked back and vinified in the Auvergne.
