Winemaking Information
Whole-cluster, full carbonic maceration for seven days. The fruit is then pressed, fermented and aged in fiberglass.
SO2: No sulfur added to the wine

Fun Facts: This wine is made within the Touraine appellation but is intentionally declassified to Vin de France. In any case, Pineau d'Aunis is no longer allowed in the appellation.
