Winemaking Information
The grapes are fermented semi-carbonically in concrete vats, then moved to a gorgeous, old-school manual press, where the process is intentionally slow and delicate. The juices are then racked to old Burgundian barrels for élevage.
SO2: No sulfur added to the wine

Fun Facts: Julie's first négociant wine, first introduced in 2019 when it was a blend of purchased fruit from the Beaujolais and Saint-Amour appellations. In 2020, it came from two parcels of Saint-Amour.
