Los Loros Tinto

Comes from 40-50-year-old Listán Negro vines at 700-1300m above sea level near Arafo. The wine is foot-trodden whole cluster before being spontaneously fermented and then aged in used French oak barrels for several months before being bottled without fining or filtration or sulfur addition. ​
