Winemaking Information

Up to 100% whole clusters are employed, and macerations last ~3 weeks with regular pumpovers. Aged for 15+ months in old 228L and 600L barrels.

100% Syrah from Mercurol (decomposed granite) and La Roche-deGlun (large galets).
