Winemaking Information
100% whole clusters are employed, and macerations last ~2 weeks with regular manual punchdowns of the cap. Aged for 18+ months in old 600L barrels. No SO2 is added at any point.
Vineyard Information
Primarily from vines planted in La Lègre in the early 2000s, plus a small amount from Les Côtes.
