80% Grenache of all three colors (Blanc, Noir, Gris), 20% Carignan. The grapes macerate in a foudre and then ferment/age in Burgundian barrels for seven months.
SO2: No sulfur added to the wine

Fun Facts: Esta Fête is a neo-lieu-dit and Joachim's main plot in the steep schist terraces of Collioure. An estafette is a discontinued truck from manufacturer Renault, and the one mysteriously residing in the vineyard gave the area its name (you can spot see pictures of it in our visit recap and it is featured on each label).
