Three days of maceration on the skins. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in 25hl acacia botti for 15 months.
SO2: No sulfur added to the wine
Fining/Filtration: Unfined/Unfiltered

Fun Facts: Montemarino is a vineyard on one of the highest hills in all of Gavi. Many wines are produced from this hill (Mounbè, Nîbio, Ivag) and only a selection of the the oldest vines of Cortese make it into this bottling.
