The Xarel Lo is 2/3 marcerated like a red, 1/3 direct press. The Vermentino and Chardonnay are direct-pressed. Vinified and aged in barrels.

Fun Facts: An unusual blend of Xarel Lo from Penedès, Vermentino from the Aude and Chardonnay from Mâcon. The wine is named after the dog Bruno had when he started his winery in Banyuls.
